This is the top of the console seat where someone left what appeared to be a 1/4x20 bolt in the pinchpoint of the seat against the console, leaving a gouge in the front of the console and a hole in the vinyl. The seat was OPEN under the shrink wrap.

A close-up of the hole.

The bolt must have moved at some point as this is on the other side of the seat.

Rear rub rail on port side showing the 1/8-1/4" of silicone put in to hide the improper installation of the rail.

My finger is at the edge of the rubrail....shows you how much silicone there really is.

These pics will attempt to show the poor installation of the rub rail and how wavy it is. The old boat was NOT like this.

Instead of fixing what was holding the rub-rail out from the hull they just gooped it full of silicone. This will last probably 3 washings before the silicone starts rubbing out and making a mess....not to mention how it looks. You can gauge how deep the silicone is by comparing it to my fingernail which is pointing at the edge of the rubrail.

More waves. Both sides look like this.

This is REAL nice, inside the fishwell, this is the crack in the fiberglass, From what I can surmise, the DRAIN tube was made too long, not allowing the cover to close all the way, someone must have sat on the cover and it caused the cover to push down on the drain tube and caused the fishwell to crack. Either that or it was caused by improper installation of the drain and it was left like that. Either way this is ng because the fishwell crack will drain directly into the bilge.

Here's a closeup of the cover not closing so you can see how bad it is. And no-one noticed this????

Top of bow gel-coat non skid. There are 9-10 places where the non-skid is messed up.  Several were attempted to be repaired and looks to have been made worse. WHO drilled 1/4" holes in the bow on both sides and then filled them????? Looks like dirt mixed with the gelcoat too.

Looks like dirt mixed in with the gelcoat. Another bad spot that's brown compared to the white of the rest.

Here's the holes drilled on one side, they stick out like a sore thumb! They're DOMED

This is where the holes are, they match on both sides of the boat.

Another section of gel-coat on the bow.
