| If your radio requires
service for any reason, here is what to do: |

1. Box it up with a
minimum of 6" of appropriate packing material around the equipment. We receive MANY
radios improperly packed, and units improperly packed will not be repaired under warranty
if applicable. |
2. Remember to put a
note or Purchase Order with the unit to explain what is wrong. Be sure to include your
return address and contact information. Units under Factory Warranty must
include a copy of the original proof of purchase. |
